A little History
I once belonged to a message board wherein the so called foodies had their run ins with the boxed, packaged, pre-made, ready made crowd. I recall one particular poster who would show up and exclaim to us to "Eat Real Food!" Real being the optimum word. What is real? That's another theme I hope to tackle in this blog - experimenting with ingredients and products to find a balance between real and convenient, hopefully finding a happy medium.
